I ve come to the conclusion its time i get down to business... I ve been telling myself over and over again that I m going to diet and exercise and this is going to be the week... well just like blogging i start for a few days and then i fall off the face of the earth.... well just like blogging this is it! Sticking to this workout and diet plan until I lose 30 pounds!! I call this the 30 pound challenge :)..I wasnt going to post my weight but i think if i do i will be determined to drop some pounds... so the magical number is 150 lb! My goal is 120 lbs. I m 26 I m in my prime! I should be looking and feeling good! and when you feel good about yourself life is just a whole lot better!! When I met my bf i was 160 so over the past 2 years i ve managed to lose and keep off 10 pounds! I m determined and I m going to do it! And besides it only makes sense that as a nurse I have to practice what I preach! Obesity is on the rise in America, it ridiculous how many patients on a daily basis I see who are over weight. Being over weight can lead to so many complications. Heart disease, diabetes, stroke....and the list goes one! So today i take a vow to work 5 days a week... whether its a long run on the marina or a short tredmill work out session I will do cardio 5 days a weeks! On days 2 of 5 :) Wish me luck...
