Fitness Friday

So on monday when I got on the dreadful scale... i rang in at a BIG 160! I havent been 160 since I moved home from College.. My goal is 120lbs by July 1st! 2 lbs a week is what I am shooting for! And thats actually the healthy weight that one should lose a week for successful weight loss. Today on my weekly weigh in... I weighed in at 157.8..... so I m right on schedule! I really didnt do much trying to get back into the swing of things after being off for the holidays.... but i did change the way i eat... lots of leafy greens, water, chicken and walking two miles during my lunch! Next week I ll begin to incorporate more cardio!!! Happy Friday :)
