Just shoot me already.... It's April and I m still at a god awful 160.... That's it no more excuses.... Time to whip my but into shape! Today is day two of changing my eating habits...
Breakfast: had a nopal shake... Which consisted of nopal(cactus), celery, two limes, orange juice and honey... Put it in my blender and called it an AM :)
Lunch: bomb dot com sanwhich... Multigrain toasted bread, sprouts, pickles, jalapeƱos, tomato, onion,mustard, mayo, Swiss cheese, ham and bacon. The meat part wasn't so healthy but it was so filling!!! Only had half.
Dinner: spaghetti with meat sauce and hot Italian sausage.
No work out today.... We hit the jacuzzi instead :)
