Today I weighed in at a whooping 158.2!!!!! BMI 28. On track so far :) I was looking at my stats from a year ago and I was weighing 148 with a BMI of 26.22.
38 pounds to gooooo. It's crazy how I dropped 6 pounds in 2 weeks from just changing what I eat and cutting back on the beer :) started my cardio yesteray... Goal is cardio five days a week!
