The Journey to being in the best shape of my life.
I m on a mission and the train is going whole speed to get ti my goal. I was talking with one of the Doc's today and was asking him a few questions and he looks at me and says your 5'3 and you need to be at 116lbs. I looked at him like he was crazy, but he is the specialist,with the MD at the end of his name.
So with that being said and realizing i was 2 points away from being obesed on the BMI chart I thought I had hit rock bottom in regards to weight and it was time to make a change. So I took out a piece of paper and began jotting down some ideas. I broke down the life into long term and short term goals.
Long Term:
Weigh 116lb
Feel and Look Healthy
Be able to wear whatever I want, without being insecure about how I look in it.
Change my dietary habits. Transition into healthier eating.
Become a runner and eventually run my first half marathon
Stay AWAY FROM COKE AND SODA, TORTILLAS, and WHITE BREAD.
Short Term:
Loose 2 lbs a week.
Count my calories using fitness pal app.
Follow a healthy eating plan for seven days to jump start my mission.
Run 20 miles a week spread out through 6 days. 1 day for rest.
DRINK MORE WATER!!!
